Common Questions

How much does an A/C recharge cost?

It depends on what we find. If your system is simply low and holding pressure, a recharge is straightforward. If it’s leaking, the repair cost depends on the failed part. We diagnose first and give you a quote before any work starts. You’ll never get a surprise bill from us.

My A/C only blows cold when I’m driving. Why?

That usually points to airflow across the condenser, often a failing cooling fan, or a condenser packed with road debris. It can also be a sign the system is low on refrigerant. It’s worth checking before the compressor gets worked harder than it should be.

Do I need to service my A/C if it still works?

If it’s cooling well, you don’t need annual service. But if it’s taking longer to cool than it used to, that’s the early warning. Catching a small leak now is far cheaper than replacing a compressor that ran itself dry.
